Banks ask for consent again every 90 days or after a security change. Open Settings, then Connections, and choose Reconnect next to the account. Your history and forecast stay as they are.
Yes. On Growth and Group, invite them from Settings, then Team, as an adviser. Advisers do not count towards your seats and can manage several clients from one login.
From Settings, then Billing, at any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
In the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. You can export everything as CSV at any time, and if you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.
Group customers get a named contact who sets up the first forecast with you, connects each entity and runs a review after the first month.
